Welcome to RusMedConnect ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.rusmedconnect.com (the "Site") and our services related to MBBS in Russia consultancy, including counseling, admission assistance, visa processing, and related offerings.

2 Eligibility

Our services are intended for:

• Students who have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
• NEET qualified candidates (as per NMC guidelines).
• Parents or legal guardians acting on behalf of a student.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding agreement.

3 Services & Limitations

RusMedConnect provides advisory and facilitation services for MBBS admissions in Russia. We do not:

• Guarantee admission to any specific university (admission decisions are at the university's discretion).
• Guarantee visa approval (visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Embassy).
• Provide medical or legal advice.

We strive to provide accurate information but do not warrant that all university details, fee structures, or admission criteria are error‑free. Students are advised to verify critical information directly with the university.

4 Payment Terms

• Consultation / counselling fees are payable in advance and are non‑refundable after the session is delivered.
• University registration and tuition fees are paid directly to the university account – we do not collect these on your behalf.
• Service charges (visa processing, documentation) are clearly disclosed before payment.
• Any applicable taxes (GST) will be added as per Indian law.

5 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed in a separate Refund Policy page. In summary:

• Counselling fee – non-refundable after delivery.
• Registration fee – refundable only if admission is not secured (minus processing charges).
• Visa service fee – partially refundable under conditions.
• University tuition refunds are governed by the respective university's policy.

6 User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and documents.
• Not misuse the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our servers.
• Respect the intellectual property of our content (logos, text, images).
• Pay all fees on time as per the agreed schedule.
